RECIPE for Salmon Bibimbap
- Carrots(Shredded)
- Red Leaf Lettuce
- Cucumber
- Salmon
- Diacon Sprouts
- Roasted Seaweed
Cooking Instructions
- Cook the Salmon in oven, lightly salted and peppered.
- Cut the Red Leaf lettuce into long strips.
- Julian Slice the Cucumbers.(Use the medium size blade for Japanese slicers)
- Make two kinds of sauce (see the recipe below)
- Arrange all the vegetables and salmon on top of the rice and place the seaweed in the middle, then serve with the sauce.
Ingredients
1 cup Gochujang
- 2 tablespoons Sugar
- 1 tablespoon Sesame Seeds
- 1/3 cup water
Cooking Instructions
- Mix the ingredients together until sugar is dissolved.
Recipe for Soy Sauce based sauce
Ingredients
1 cup soy sauce
1 tablespoon sesame oil
1 tablespoon sesame seeds
½ tablespoon green onions(finely chopped)
Mix the ingredients together.
