Radish Soup

This recipe is for 30 people.

Korean Market
  • Deung Shim (sliced meat) (7 lbs)
  • Radish (2 count)
  • Crushed garlic (6 cloves)
  • Green Onions (1 bunch)
  • Sesame Oil
  • Onions (3 count)
Prep work
  1. Cut meat into chunks.
  2. Cut the radish in small flat pieces.
  3. Cut the onions in long strips.
  4. Cut green onions.
  1. Slice the meat into thin strips and let it sit in water for 10 min to drain the blood.
  2. Drain the meat of water.
  3. Heat up sesame oil.
  4. Once the sesame oil is hot, add garlic and stir fry.
  5. Once the water comes to a boil, add the radish and onions.
  6. Bring the soup to boil, then add salt and pepper to taste.
  7. Add green onions before serving.
