Kimchee Jige
Ingredients for 30 people:
1. Make sure the Kimchee is fermented (usually sitting in room temperature about one day will be enough)
2. Pour the kimchee into a pot and add water.
3. Add sliced onions and spam (cut to small pieces).
4. Bring to boil and add salt to taste.
5. Let it boil for about 10 min.
6. Add tofu at the end and then serve when it comes to boil.
- 1.5 bottles fermented kimchee (Korean Market)
- 4 packs of spam (Costco)
- 6 packs of tofu (Korean Market)
- 3 onions (Korean Market)
- 4 cups of water
